ROCKETSOLUTION, known for its innovative ROCKET shuttle system, will once again be present at Hall 1, Booth 1A35 at LogiMAT 2024. The highly robust small parts warehouse system, designed for load carriers up to 50 kilograms, offers maximum storage density, low susceptibility to faults, flexible scalability, and easy integration.

Space Efficiency

The ROCKET shuttle system enables extremely space-efficient warehouse automation for standard small load carriers. Whether for a distribution center, decentralized buffer storage, urban micro-fulfillment center, or production automation, it provides maximum storage density with peak system performance.

Its low-profile shuttle design ensures containers starting at 100 millimeters in height can be stored without wasting vertical space. By accommodating different container height classes, multiple load heights can be implemented within a single aisle. The system can store up to 30 meters high, achieving up to five times the height of conventional cube systems. On the same footprint, the ROCKET offers up to 80% more storage capacity than conventional shuttle systems, thanks in part to minimized aisle widths, further improving space efficiency. This not only reduces operational costs but also increases profitability and improves the ecological footprint.

Performance

The ROCKET system can perform up to 1,500 picks and puts per hour per aisle, optimized for high performance. Its standard quadruple-deep storage requires less floor space without sacrificing throughput. Intelligent design, including variable lift positioning and adaptable storage depths, ensures the system meets high capacity and performance demands, even in challenging structural and spatial conditions.

Load Handling

A key factor is it’s innovative load-handling technology. The shuttles and lifts move containers safely and precisely by lifting from the base rather than pushing, allowing storage and transfer within the rack without additional in-rack conveyors. This reduces commissioning and maintenance efforts while improving space efficiency, process reliability, and system availability.
